Exercise is the closest thing to a longevity magic pill we have. Do both cardio and resistance training. More is generally better (within reason).

Maintaining healthy body composition is more important than specific fasting protocols. Time-restricted eating (12-16 hour window) is a practical approach for most.

Get comprehensive bloodwork annually. Focus on: ApoB, metabolic markers (glucose, HbA1c, insulin), inflammation (hs-CRP), and blood pressure. Track VO2 max if possible.

Interesting longevity candidate but premature to recommend for healthy adults. TAME trial results will be informative. Consider B12 monitoring if using.

Raising NAD+ is achievable, but whether this extends human healthspan is unproven. Interesting area to watch. Expensive to experiment with at effective doses.
